Built in North Carolina by someone who talks to thirty drivers a day at a warehouse dock.

Why it exists

Most load boards make you register before you can see whether they have anything worth registering for. The national boards are also generic: a Raleigh flatbed search returns the same wall of noise as anywhere else. NC Loads only covers North Carolina, shows everything to everyone, and asks for an account only when you want to act.

Where the loads come from

  • Posted here. Shippers post directly. These are the loads you can bid on.
  • Public sources. Loads and freight tenders from sources that are genuinely public, such as federal solicitations on SAM.gov. Each one is tagged with its source and links to it. We do not scrape boards that forbid it, and we do not show anything from behind a login.
  • Partner feeds. When another board agrees in writing to share its NC loads, they appear tagged with that board's name and link there.

Freshness

Every load shows when it was posted. Loads posted here expire on a countdown the shipper set. Loads from other sources drop off when the source drops them, or after 48 hours without a re-confirmation, whichever comes first. Old is fine; hidden is not.

Trust

Carriers verify a USDOT or MC number against FMCSA registration, authority and insurance filings before they can bid. Anyone can run the same check on the carrier lookup page, no account needed.

Money

None of it touches us. No escrow, no percentage, no factoring. Payment is between the shipper and the carrier, the way it is when you find a load through a phone call.
