Without an account
Browsing stores nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs. "Near me" sends your coordinates to our server for that one search and they are not saved.
With an account
- Public: your company name, USDOT number, verification badge and state. Shippers see these on a bid.
- Private: your phone number and email. Shown only to the other party after a shipper accepts a carrier's interest, and only for that load.
- Verification snapshot: the FMCSA public record we pulled for your USDOT, kept so your badge can be shown without re-querying.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. We do not run advertising trackers.
Deleting your account
Email the address on the about page from your account email. Your profile, private contact document and open bids are removed; loads you posted are closed.
Hosting
Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States.
