Without an account
We store nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs. Google's ad code may set cookies in your browser; see Advertising below. "Near me" sends your coordinates to our server for that one search and they are not saved.
With an account
- Public: your company name, USDOT number, verification badge and state. Shippers see these on a bid.
- Private: your phone number and email. Shown only to the other party after a shipper accepts a carrier's interest, and only for that load.
- Verification snapshot: the FMCSA public record we pulled for your USDOT, kept so your badge can be shown without re-querying.
Advertising
Pages on this site show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. We do not run any other analytics or tracking.
- You can turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center, or opt out of many third-party ad cookies at aboutads.info.
- Google explains how it uses data from sites like this one at policies.google.com.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before ad cookies are used.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. We never share your account details, phone number or email with advertisers.
Deleting your account
Email contact@ncloadboard.com from your account email. Your profile, private contact document and open bids are removed; loads you posted are closed.
Hosting
Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States.
