What NC Loads is
NC Loads is a listing service. It shows freight loads posted by shippers and loads found on public sources, and it lets verified carriers express interest in loads posted here. NC Loads is not a broker, freight forwarder, carrier, or payment processor, and is not a party to any transaction between a shipper and a carrier.
No payment handling
NC Loads never collects, holds, transmits, or guarantees payment for freight. Rate, rate confirmation, invoicing and payment are agreed and settled directly between shipper and carrier.
Accuracy
Loads posted here are the responsibility of the shipper who posted them. Loads from other sources are shown as found and may change or disappear at the source. Carrier verification reflects FMCSA public records at the time of the check; a filing on record is not a guarantee of a live insurance policy. Always confirm authority and insurance directly before tendering freight.
Your account
You must provide accurate company, USDOT or MC and contact information. Posting fake loads, bidding without authority to haul, double brokering, or using another company's credentials will get the account removed. Automated access to the site outside the public pages is not permitted.
Contact information
When a shipper accepts a carrier's interest, each party's phone number is shown to the other for the purpose of arranging that load. Use it for that.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NC Loads is not liable for any loss arising from a load, a listing, a verification result, or the conduct of any shipper or carrier.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be noted on this page with the date.
