Contact NC Loads
Email contact@ncloadboard.com. Expect a reply within two business days.
What to write about
- A load. Something wrong with a posted load, a load you think is fake, or a public-source load that has expired at its source. Include the load's link.
- A guide. A correction to a blog post, such as a closed rest area, a changed gate rule or an outdated fee. Include the post's link and your source if you have one.
- Your account. Sign-in trouble, or a request to delete your account. Write from the email on the account.
- Partnerships. A load board or shipper that wants to share North Carolina loads here.
What we can't help with
NC Loads never handles payment, so rate disputes and unpaid invoices are between the shipper and the carrier. Questions about a carrier's authority or insurance belong with FMCSA; the carrier lookup page shows their public record.
